The Twenty Seventh Annual General Meeting of Glenuig Community Association Glenuig Hall is schedule to take place on Monday 23rd November 2020 at 7:00pm
Subject to Scottish government guidelines the meeting will be held in the main hall with distancing and face masks as required and advised at the time. There is hand sanitiser available at the hall entrance.
We appreciate that members may be wary of attending a public meeting. We would be grateful if you could let us know by email if you would be interested in attending but are unable to do so for any reason.
Glenuig Community Association took over from the old Glenuig Village Hall Committee in 1985 and was incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee But Not Having a Share Capital in 1993 to own and manage the proposed new Glenuig Hall and to “promote the benefits of the inhabitants of Glenuig and environs”. Full details of our history and of current and planned future events can be found on our website www.glenuig.org.uk . If you use Facebook you can find us at Glenuig Hall and also Glenuig Community Association.
Our AGM tends to be a formality but as we hope to come out of the very strange times we currently live in it would be good to have some fresh ideas for the community and for Glenuig Hall in the coming months and years. Please let us know if you have any ideas or suggestions, or if you would like to become involved in running Glenuig Hall or in any other community initiatives in the area.
A formal notice of and agenda for the AGM can be found HERE and we look forward to hearing from you or seeing you at the meeting.
With best regards from the current committee:
Alasdair Carmichael (Chair)
