LOCH SHIEL FESTIVAL

The annual Loch Shiel Festival brings a busy and varied programme of events to Glenuig, Strontiann and Glenfinnan over the weekend. Programme in Glenuig includes: Sgo, musical partnership between sisters Steaph and Ciorstaidh Chaimbeul, Jazz pianist Fergus McCreadie with the Maxwell Quartet, a Kids Conservation Club, a guided walk with local naturalist and lichen expert Dr Ian Strachan, and an insightful talk from musician, composer, sound artist and community arts practitioner Georgina MacDonell Finlayson.
